You must be at least 16 years old to use StudyRush. You confirm your age when you sign up, and you must verify your email address before you can compete or earn XP. One person may hold one account only.

You choose your own username, and it is visible to other students on the leaderboard. Keep your password private — you are responsible for activity under your account. Usernames that impersonate others, or that are offensive, misleading or reserved (for example "admin"), may be reset or removed.

StudyRush is a study aid. It generates practice questions from the material you provide. It is not a school, examination board or official syllabus authority, and it is not affiliated with any examination provider unless we say so explicitly. Questions are produced by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate, ambiguous or outside your syllabus. Always check important facts against your official course material and your teacher. StudyRush does not guarantee any academic result.

You keep ownership of the notes, PDFs, Word documents and text you upload. You grant StudyRush a limited licence to store and process that content solely to run the service for you — generating questions, tracking mastery and showing your own history.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload. Do not upload copyrighted textbooks, past papers or other material you are not permitted to share, other people's personal data, or unlawful content. We may remove content that breaks this rule.

You agree not to:

• create multiple or automated accounts, or share an account;
• use scripts, bots, browser automation, external answer tools or another person to answer Ranked questions;
• exploit bugs, tamper with requests, or attempt to change XP, scores or entitlements outside normal play;
• reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service;
• harass other students, or upload abusive or discriminatory content.

We run automated integrity checks and manual reviews. Breaking these rules can lead to XP being removed, disqualification from the competition, suspension, or permanent removal of your account.

XP and Rush Points are a scoring mechanic with no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for cash. Free accounts get 10 Ranked Rushes per day and Premium accounts 20; limits reset daily. Monthly competition XP resets after each month's winner is confirmed. We may adjust scoring, limits and mechanics to keep the competition balanced and fair.

Entry to the monthly competition is free and is governed by the Competition Rules, which form part of these terms. Prizes are supplied by sponsors, are subject to availability, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the sponsor allows it.

Premium unlocks higher daily limits and additional features. Prices are shown before you pay and payments are handled by our payment provider — StudyRush never stores your card details. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Lifetime Premium codes are single-use, personal to you, non-transferable and may be voided if obtained through fraud or misuse. Because Premium is digital content delivered immediately, you agree that your right of withdrawal ends once access begins; if something is genuinely wrong, email us and we will deal with it fairly.

StudyRush is currently in beta for students in Malta. Features may change, break or be removed, and we may take the service down for maintenance. We provide the service "as is" and do not promise uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, StudyRush is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for academic outcomes, or for loss caused by inaccurate AI-generated content. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Maltese and EU law.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile, which removes your study data. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms — for serious breaches, without notice. We will tell you the reason unless doing so would compromise an integrity investigation.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction.
