Refund Policy

You can request a full refund of a StudyRush Premium payment within 14 days of the order date, for any reason — including simply changing your mind. This applies to both the monthly and the yearly plan.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payments, invoices and returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at studyrushmalta@gmail.com and we will arrange it with Paddle for you. See also Paddle's refund policy.

You can cancel Premium at any time from Premium → Manage billing. Cancelling stops future payments and your Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, Premium keeps working while your card is retried.

Lifetime Premium unlocked with a StudyRush code involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund. The free plan is always free.
